How to earn points?
Below is the complete list of tasks included in our Gamification Rewarding System, along with the typical point ranges assigned to each activity. These ranges reflect the effort, impact, and consistency required to complete each task. Based on the total points accumulated, you are placed into one of five levels: Basic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond. The level thresholds are as follows:

Diamond: total points ≥ 300,000

Platinum: total points ≥ 100,000

Gold: total points ≥ 50,000

Silver: total points ≥ 30,000

Basic: anything below 30,000

Rewards & Redemptions
Our Rewards & Redemptions program allows you to exchange your earned points for meaningful benefits that support well-being, personal development, and work-life balance.
You can choose from a variety of rewards based on your accumulated points, including 1 day off (10,000 points), a late start on Monday (5,000 points), or an early Friday leave (10,000 points). For personal growth, you may redeem points for an online Coursera course up to $100 (150,000 points) or a book of their choice up to $50 (100,000 points). These rewards are designed to motivate continuous engagement and recognize individual effort throughout the year.
More rewards will continue to be added to this list as the program evolves.

To streamline the gamification process and ensure accurate tracking of points, you can use the forms below to manage your participation. The Task Submission Form allows you to submit completed tasks for review and point allocation, while the Redemption Request Form enables you to redeem your accumulated points for available rewards. These forms help maintain transparency, consistency, and efficiency throughout the entire rewarding system.
